Howard Shearer has been an integral part of Berg’s leadership team since joining the company in 2008. A graduate of Boston University, Certified Public Accountant, and MBA, Howard has played a significant role in strengthening Berg’s financial operations and supporting the company’s growth and long-term success.
During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer, Howard provided leadership and oversight across financial reporting, cash management, tax planning, administrative operations, and strategic financial decision-making. His combination of financial expertise, practical construction business sense, and hands-on approach made him a trusted resource throughout the organization.
Now serving as Strategic Financial Advisor, Howard continues to support Berg’s executive leadership by providing financial insight, strategic guidance, and the institutional knowledge developed through nearly two decades with the company. His experience and understanding of both Berg and the demolition industry remain valuable resources as the company continues to grow and plan for the future
