Berg Demo Group completed approximately 254,000 square feet of demolition at the former National 4-H Conference Center at 7100 Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase, Maryland, helping make way for the new Corso Chevy Chase senior living community.
The redevelopment by Galerie Living and Community Three will transform the former campus into a community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences.
Berg is proud to have contributed to this transformation, preparing the site for its next chapter and supporting new housing options for older adults in the Chevy Chase community.
