Berg Demo Group LLC is performing the abatement and razing of a six-story, 56,501-square-foot building at 5000 Fairbanks Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia. Working with general contractor Clark Construction, Berg is helping make way for Goodwin House Seminary Road, a new $360 million senior living community.
